| 肿瘤患者术后免疫力明显下降，创口长期不愈，很多患者无法按时接受后续的放化疗，直接影响了生活质量和病情预后。经过多年临床总结，姜苗主任医师认为治疗肿瘤术后创口久不愈合需重视“三两三”为体、补托为法、脾胃为基、气血为根、以血为用等角度，临床应用“芪英三两三”组方加减治疗肿瘤患者术后伤口长期不愈合疗效显著，本文拟探讨姜苗主任医师治疗肿瘤术后创口久不愈合的思路及用药方案。 |

| The immunity of tumor patients decreased obviously after operation,the wound did not heal for a long time,and many patients could not receive follow up radiotherapy and chemotherapy on time,which directly affected the quality of life and the prognosis of the disease. After many years of clinical summary,chief physician JIANG Miao believes that the treatment of tumor after the wound long term non-healing should pay attention to the "three two three" for the body,supplement for the method,spleen and stomach as the basis,qi and blood as the root,blood as the use of blood,clinical application of "Qiying three two three" prescription for the treatment of tumor patients after the long term non-healing effect,this paper intends to explore JIANG Miao chief physician treatment of tumor after the wound long term non-healing ideas and medicationplan. |
