蛋白质组学策略助力中药现代化的研究进展

摘要:
随着疾病谱的变化以及健康观念的转变,中药已成为人们预防和治疗疾病的有效手段。然而,中药成分的复杂性和多味中药的配伍应用致使其发挥药效的作用机制尚不完全明确,质量标准以及安全性评价体系不够完善,在一定程度上阻滞了中药的现代化进程。蛋白质组学是一门研究生物样本中蛋白质组成及其变化规律的现代科学,其注重研究的整体性和动态性,与中医药理论的指导思想和科学内涵高度契合。文章综述了近年来蛋白质组学在中药植物学、中药药性、方剂配伍、中药作用靶点及其作用机制、中药安全性等研究中的应用,为中药的现代化提供了新的研究思路和方法。

Proteomics strategy contributes research progress of traditional Chinese medicine modernization

Abstract:
With the change of disease spectrum and health concept,traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has become an effective means to prevent and treat diseases. However,due to the complexity of TCM components and the compatibility of multiple TCM ingredients,the mechanism of its efficacy has not been completely defined,and the quality standard and safety evaluation system are not perfect enough,which hinders the modernization process of TCM to a certain extent. Proteomics is a modern science that studies the composition of proteins in biological samples and their changing laws. It pays attention to the integrity and dynamics of research,which is highly consistent with the guiding ideology and scientific connotation of TCM theory. In this paper,the application of proteomics in the study of TCM botany,TCM property,prescription compatibility,TCM syndromes,targets and mechanisms of action of TCM,and safety of TCM in recent years are reviewed,providing new research ideas and methods for the modernization of TCM.
