| 恶性黑色素瘤（简称恶黑）是一种起源于痣细胞和黑色素细胞的高度恶性肿瘤，其恶性黑色素瘤恶化程度高，治疗难度大，预后差。目前西医治疗主要是通过手术切除、药物治疗、局部放疗等方式，但所产生的不良反应仍然加剧了患者的痛苦。近年来，医家开始探索中医药对恶黑的临床治疗，以延长生存期。文章将李仝教授从肝经论治复发性恶黑的两则验案进行总结整理，以期对临床治疗恶黑提供借鉴。 |

| Abstract: |
| Malignant melanoma(melanoma) is a highly malignant tumor originating from nevus cells and melanocytes. Its malignant melanoma has a high degree of malignancy,difficult treatment and poor prognosis. At present,in Western medicine treatment,surgical resection,drug treatment,local radiotherapy and other methods are mainly adopted,but the adverse reactions still aggravate the pain of the patients. In recent years,a wide range of physicians have begun to explore the clinical treatment of malignant melanoma with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to prolong the survival time. Next,the author summarizes and sorts out two cases of recurrent malignant melanoma treated by mentor LI Tong from the liver meridian,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of malignant melanoma. |
