| 鱼际穴（LU10）为手太阴肺经经脉腧穴，能宣降肺气、疏风清热、化痰平喘以疗虚实喘咳和治疗咽喉肿痛，亦可顺调气机、宽胸行气以缓解抑郁。在现代解剖学上，鱼际穴位于手拇指处肌肉丰厚处，与对指的肌群联系密切，是治疗对指功能障碍的重要靶点。文章介绍李志道教授使用鱼际穴的临床经验。 |

| Yuji (LU10) is one of the acupoints of Taiyin hand meridian, which could treat asthmatic cough and sore throat because its function were dispersing and lowering lung qi, dispelling wind and clearing away heat, resolving phlegm and relieving asthma, regulating qi activity and enlarging chest, so it also could relieve depression. From the point of view of modern anatomy, Yuji (LU10) is an important target for the treatment for finger dysfunction, it located near the thumb where the muscles were thick and closely associated with the finger-to-thumb opposition movement's muscle group. This article introduces the Professor LI Zhidao's clinical experiences in Yuji (LU10) to readers. |
