从“风痰瘀络”论治偏头痛

摘要:

分析、总结郑建民教授治疗偏头痛临床经验，以期更好的指导临床治疗偏头痛，文章从风邪致病，肝胆经论治，痰邪致病，络病理论4个方面剖析郑建民教授认识偏头痛的学术思想、理论依据以及临床专方论治偏头痛医案分析，郑建民教授认为，偏头痛是六淫邪气侵袭头部清窍，邪留阻碍气机，郁久形成风痰之邪，客于肝胆络脉，病呈发作性，经久不愈。提出"风痰瘀络"辨证思想，临证以疏风祛痰、通利肝胆、逐瘀通络为大法，兼顾正气虚实、寒热，随证加减，选用四生散合止痉散加味治疗偏头痛，临床效果明显，充分体现中医药治疗偏头痛优势，病情反复率极低，郑建民教授认为，风痰之邪导致偏头痛，结合络病理论、肝胆经论治的学术思想，专方治疗偏头痛，临床疗效显著，以资临床医师辨证应用。

Abstract:

Summarize professor Zheng Jianmin's experience in that treatment of migraine. From the angle of pathogenic wind,phlegm and collateral diseases,this paper analyzed professor ZHENG Jianmin's academic thoughts on migraine and the treatment of specific prescriptions. Professor ZHENG Jianmin believed that migraine is six evils pathogens attack the head,Yu long formation of wind phlegm,guest in the collaterals,disease is paroxysmal and enduring. Therefore,he put forward the idea of "wind,phlegm and stasis". In his clinical practice,the main method is to remove wind,phlegm,liver and gallbladder,remove blood stasis,and open up the ligaments,taking into account the deficiency of positive energy,cold and heat,and adding and subtracting according to the evidence. The treatment of Sisheng Powder combined with Zhijing Powder,the clinical effect is obvious. Professor ZHENG Jianmin believes that the wind-phlegm evil causes migraine,and combined with the academic thought of the theory of ligament disease and the treatment of liver and gallbladder meridian,the special formulation for the treatment of migraine has remarkable clinical efficacy,which can be used by clinicians to identify the evidence.
