10个产地不同生态型种质薄荷引种于天津地区的培育研究

摘要:
[目的] 通过考察来自10个产地不同生态型种质薄荷引种于天津地区后的生长状况和有效成分含量差异及规律,筛选适宜本地区推广种植的优质品种。[方法] 随机区组设计法处理不同种质薄荷资源,以生长形态、生物量和主要有效成分含量为评价指标,采用挥发油测定法测定挥发油含量、UV-VIS法测定总黄酮含量、HPLC-UV法测定有机酸成分含量。[结果] 薄荷引种天津后,河北安国,江苏盐城薄荷茎叶繁茂,生物量相对较大,产量高;基于药典指标成分挥发油含量,各品种均满足规定标准(0.80%);基于总黄酮含量,各产地于96.36~168.21 mg/g,最高者为河北安国及江苏盐城薄荷,分别为168.21 mg/g、165.68 mg/g;基于有机酸含量,各品种含量差异较大,江苏盐城薄荷样品咖啡酸含量高达0.53 mg/g,河北安国薄荷样品迷迭香酸含量高达13.59 mg/g。[结论] 薄荷生态适应性较强,河北安国和江苏盐城薄荷于天津地区盐渍化土壤大田生长良好,药材品质优良,在天津引种、推广具备一定可行性。

Study on cultivation of Mentha haplocalyx with different ecotype germplasm from 10 regions introduced in Tianjin

Abstract:
[Objective] To investigate the growth status and effective ingredient content differences of different ecotype germplasms from 10 producing areas after being introduced in Tianjin,high-quality varieties suitable for promotion and planting in this area were selected.[Methods] Different germplasm resources of Mentha haplocalyx were treated by randomized block design. The growth pattern,biomass and active component content were used as the evaluation index,the content of the essential oil of Mentha haplocalyx was determined according to the volatile oil determination method,the content of total flavonoids was determined by UV-VIS method,and the content of organic acids was determined by HPLC-UV method.[Results] After being introduced to Tianjin,Mentha haplocalyx from Anguo,Hebei Province,and Yancheng,Jiangsu Province were thick and strong,with many branches,large biomass and high yield;based on the content of volatile oil in the pharmacopoeia index components,the contents of medicinal materials from different producing areas meet the prescribed standards;based on the content of total flavonoid,the content of each origin was between 96.36~168.21 mg/g. The highest were the Mentha haplocalyx from Anguo,Hebei Province and Yancheng,Jiangsu Province,at 168.21 mg/g and 165.68 mg/g respectively;based on the content of organic acids,the content of each variety varied greatly. The caffeic acid content of Mentha haplocalyx from Yancheng,Jiangsu Province was as high as 0.53 mg/g. The content of rosmarinic acid in Anguo,Hebei Province was as high as 13.59 mg/g.[Conclusion] Mentha haplocalyx has a good ecological adaptability,and the Mentha haplocalyx from Anguo,Hebei Province and Yancheng,Jiangsu Province growed well in salinized soil field in Tianjin. Therefore,it is feasible to introduce and popularize Mentha haplocalyx in Tianjin.
