| 阿尔茨海默病（AD）与线粒体能量代谢有关，针灸治疗阿尔茨海默病有效，但其机制尚不明确。从能量代谢障碍相关物质如β淀粉样蛋白（Aβ）、细胞色素氧化酶Ⅳ（COXⅣ）、葡萄糖代谢调节蛋白75（GRP75）和琥珀酸脱氢酶（SDH）等着手探讨阿尔茨海默病发病与线粒体之间的关系以及中医针灸对线粒体细胞能量代谢障碍相关物质的调节作用作一综述，旨在为今后研究针刺治疗阿尔茨海默病提供新的思路。 |

| Alzheimer's disease (AD) is related to mitochondrial energy metabolism. Acupuncture is effective in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease,but its mechanism is still unclear. Starting with energy metabolism disorders related substances such as amyloid beta(Aβ),cytochrome oxidase Ⅳ(COX Ⅳ),glucose metabolism regulatory protein 75 (GRP75) and succinate dehydrogenase (SDH),this review explored the relationship between the onset of Alzheimer's disease and mitochondria,and the effect of acupuncture on energy metabolism disorders related substances of mitochondrial cell,aiming to provide new ideas for future research on acupuncture treatment of Alzheimer's disease. |
