摘要:

代谢综合征是一组代谢上相互关联的危险因素的组合。笔者认为代谢综合征具有“浊、瘀”的证候特点，以脾失健运为本，浊瘀内蕴为标，且浊瘀日久易成“毒”而生变病。在治疗上主张法以运脾泄浊逐瘀，以“运脾泄浊针法”及“运脾泄浊方”，针药并用，内外兼施。

Abstract:

Metabolic syndrome is a combination of interrelated risk factors in metabolism. The author believes that the metabolic syndrome has the characteristics of "turbidity and stasis", with the loss of spleen health as the root cause and the retention of turbidity and stasis as the symptoms, and this retention is easy to become "toxic"and produce degenerative diseases over time. In the treatment, we advocate using spleen-dredging turbidity and blood stasis-removing therapy to remove turbidity and stasis, the therapy contains "spleen-dredging turbidity and blood stasis-removing acupuncturetherapy" and "Yunpi Xiezhuo Decoction", coordinating acupuncture and decoction, applying both internal and external measures.
