基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论论治结直肠息肉

摘要:

结直肠息肉是常见的消化系统疾病,其发病率较高,结直肠癌多由此演变而来。"阳化气,阴成形"是人体生命活动的基本规律,基于此理论探讨结直肠息肉的病机及论治思路,认为阳气亏虚及阳郁不伸所造成的"阳化气"不足为结直肠息肉发病之本,"阴成形"异常是结直肠息肉发病之标。临证治疗当以温通阳气为先,贯穿始终,并结合阴邪侧重的不同,辨证施以多法消减阴形,复失调之气化,同时注意日常调养生息固护机体阳气,最终使机体达到阴阳平衡的状态。

Abstract:

Colorectal polyp is a common digestive system disease with a high incidence,which leads to the evolution of colorectal cancer. "yang transforming into qi,while yin constituting form" is the basic law of human life activities. Based on this theory,the pathogenesis and treatment of colorectal polyps are discussed. It is considered that the insufficiency of "yang transforming into qi" caused by yang qi deficiency and yang stagnation is the root cause of colorectal polyps. and the abnormality of "yin Constituting Form" is the manifestation cause of colorectal polyps. Clinical treatment should be based on warming and invigorating yang qi,throughout,and combined with the different emphasis of yin and evil,dialectically apply many methods to reduce yin shape and restore the gasification of maladjustment,and at the same time pay attention to daily health preservation to protect the body yang qi,and finally make the body reach the state of yin-yang balance.
