气道高反应性疾病动物模型研究进展

摘要:
气道高反应性(AHR)作为临床常见的疾病特征,主要见于支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、胃食管反流、新型冠状病毒感染等疾病,其发病率的上升直接威胁人类健康。关于这些疾病的病因、发病机制的各项研究,以及新药研发与评价均需要成熟可靠的实验动物模型为工具。文章论述了4种具有AHR表现的疾病动物模型的造模方法,为这些疾病的基础研究提供参考。

Research progress in animal models of airway hyperreactive disease

Abstract:
Airway hyperreactivity(AHR),as a common clinical disease characteristic,is mainly seen in bronchial asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,novel coronavirus disease,gastroesophageal reflux and other diseases. The increasing incidence of AHR directly threatens human health. To study the etiology and pathogenesis of these diseases,and to develop and evaluate new drugs,mature and reliable experimental animal models are needed as tools. In this paper,the modeling methods of the above four kinds of animal models with airway hyperreactivity are discussed,which can provide reference for the basic research of these diseases.
