| 泻白散出自宋代钱乙所著《小儿药证直诀》，全方具有清泻肺热、止咳平喘的功效，临床多用于治疗肺热病。文章概述泻白散的化学成分及药理作用，并以中药质量标志物（Q-Marker）的“五原则”为指导，对泻白散的Q-Marker进行预测，结果表明桑皮苷A、桑黄酮G、桑辛素、地骨皮乙素、地骨皮甲素、甘草苷、甘草酸可以作为泻白散的Q-Marker，为完善泻白散的质量评价及控制体系提供参考依据。 |

| Xiebai San is from Key to Therapeutics of Pediatric Disease written by QIAN Yi in the Song Dynasty. It has the efficacy of clearing heat,moistening the lung,calm panting and suppressing cough,clinically used for preventing pyretic pulmonary disease. In this study,it provides an overview of the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Xiebai San. Additionally,we applied the "five principles" of traditional Chinese medicine to predict its quality marker(Q-Marker). According to findings,mulberroside A,kuwanon G,morusin,kukoamine B,kukoamine A,liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid could be served as the Q-Marker of Xiebai San. These results provide a valuable reference for enhancing the quality evaluation and control system of Xiebai San. |
