摘要:

文章以“岭南名方”为切入点，通过分析其在产业化发展方面所处的现状与面临的困境，提出建设产业集聚区的针对性策略和建议。研究发现，广东省中药制剂资源丰富，但存在推广受限、转化率低、品牌影响力不足等发展瓶颈。对此，研究提出应以“岭南名方”品牌为核心，构建“品牌引领-证据强化-平台共建-资本赋能-注册上市”的发展路径，并从管理机制、标准化建设、价值评估、示范区建设、人才保障5个维度提出了具体建议，旨在打造具有良好示范意义的“岭南名方”产业集聚区，为中医药产业高质量发展提供可复制推广的“岭南模式”。

Abstract:

Taking “Lingnan famous preparations” as the starting point，the article analyzes their current situation and challenges in industrial development，and proposes targeted strategies and suggestions for building an industrial cluster. The study finds that Guangdong Province is rich in resources of Chinese medicinal preparations，but faces development bottlenecks such as limited promotion，low conversion rates，and insufficient brand influence. In response，the study proposes a development pathway centered on the “Lingnan famous preparations” brand，structured around “brand leadership，evidence strengthening，platform co-construction，capital empowerment，and registration and marketing”. Specific suggestions are provided from five dimensions：management mechanism，standardization，value assessment，demonstration zone construction，and talent support. The aim is to create a “Lingnan famous preparations” industrial cluster with exemplary significance，providing a replicable and promotable “Lingnan model” for the high-quality development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry.
