摘要:

“扶正调气”的理论内涵包括调补肺脾肾之气，调理脾胃升降，并配合疏肝安神以畅情志，达到扶正气，调气机，从而促进气血恢复，痰、瘀、毒等病理产物消散的目的。肺癌的发病率及病死率在中国恶性肿瘤中均居第一位，且一直呈现增长趋势。正虚是肺癌形成的基本病机，气机升降失衡是肺癌发生发展的关键因素。中医治疗肺癌可以通过“扶正调气”的方法，扶助正气，调理升降。香砂六君子汤是临床常用方剂，调和脾胃，理气化痰，以达补泻合用，升降相因之效，切合“扶正调气”的思想。临床中基于“扶正调气”理论运用香砂六君子汤化裁治疗肺癌，往往收效满意。

Abstract:

The theoretical connotation of “Fuzheng Tiaoqi” includes regulating and tonifying the qi of lung，spleen and kidney，regulating the ascending and descending of spleen and stomach，and cooperating with soothing liver and tranquilizing mind to smooth emotions，so as to achieve the purpose of supporting healthy qi and regulating qi，thus promoting the recovery of qi and blood，and the dissipation of pathological products such as phlegm，blood stasis and toxin. The incidence and mortality of lung cancer ranks first in China’s malignant tumors，and has been showing an increasing trend. Deficiency is the basic pathogenesis of lung cancer，and the imbalance of qi movement is the key factor in the occurrence and development of lung cancer. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lung cancer can be through the ‘righting qi’ method，righting qi，conditioning lifting. “Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction” is a commonly used prescription in clinical practice. It reconciles the spleen and stomach，regulates qi and resolves phlegm，so as to achieve the combination of reinforcing and reducing，the effect of ascending and descending，and the idea of “strengthening the body and regulating qi”. In clinical practice，based on the theory of “Fuzheng Tiaoqi”，Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction is used to treat lung cancer，and the results are often satisfactory.
