Objective: To investigate the therapeutic mechanism of climacteric syndrome treated with electroacupuncture. Methods: We selected "Zusanli","Sanyinjiao","Guanyuan","Taichong" as the prescription, used SD female rats of 11~15 months old as the natural cli-mac terum models. After 30 days,we observed the change of serum E2 level, sexual stimulating hormone(FSH and LH),and serum IL-2 of them.We also made the morphological observation of their ovary and suprarenal. Results: The research in dicated that electroacupunc-ture can evidently decrease the level of sexual stimulating hormone and elevate the level of serum E2 level of model rats(P<0.01~0.05);it also can increase the content of serum IL-2 of model rats(P<0.05).Conclusion: Eletroacupuncture can regulate reproduction en-docrine;it also can improve immunity of climacterum rats.It may produce a syn thetic effect on immune network reproductive endocrine of them, hav ing the feature of totally regulating through multiway. |
