Abstract
Objective: To explore the protective effects of Qingjielin on the hepatic damage of rats with acute cholangitis severe type(ACST).Methods: The rat model with ACST was made,The activityconcentration of ALT,AST,ALP,r-GT,TBA,PaIb in serum were tested and then the therapeutic effects of Qingjielin combined with of choledochostomy were observed. Results: ACST can do great damage to the rat liver. The ALT,AST,ALP,r-GT,TBA contents in serum of the model group were greatly raised(P<0.05,or P<0.01,or P<0.001),and the content of PaIb was remarkably reduced as compared with those of the normal control group.Although the contents of ALT,AST,ALP in the herb-plus-operation group were still higher than that inthe normal control groip, they reduced remarkably when compared with the model group. Conclusion: Qingjieling plays a role in protecting the liver from ACST.
