| Abstract

| vein.There were 5 group:nolmal group,model group,low dose of Tangfukang group,high dose of Tangfukang group,benazepril group,The indexes were AGE2,TGFβ1,FN,IV-C,UTP.Results:Tangfukang could decrease UTP and had a same result with benazepril.There was an obvious difference between Tangfukang group and model group(P<0.01).Tangfukang could decrease AGE2 expression,but benazepril couldn't.It also could lower TGFβ1expression and decrease the accumulation of IV-C and FN.Conclusion: The influence of Tangfukang on renocortical TGFβ1 expression in diabetic rats may be one of the mechanisms of action on DM. |
