| Abstract

| Objective: To study the influence of Pingxiao Granule on the incubation period of asthsma and the airway inflammatory cellular indiltration in guinea pigs.Methods: The asthma model was established by ovalbumin sensitization.Twenty-four hours after challenge,the incubatiod periods of asthma was recorded and the bronchoalveolar lavage was performed in order to examine the staff count and cytological classification.Results: Compared with model group,Pingxiao Granule could prolong the incubation period of asthma and relief the airway inflammatory cellular infiltration markedly,P<0.05.Conclusion: Pingxiao Granule has an obviously anti-asthmatic and anti-inflammatory action. |
