Abstract

Objective: To find a quantitative determination method by HPLC for examining the effective content of combining chrysophanol in Cassia obtusifolia L.,which could decrease blood pressure,blood lipid and protect the liver.Methods: SUPELCOSILTMLC18Column (5μm,4.6mm×250mm)was used with flow rate1.0 mL/min,detected wave 254 nm,chromatogratic column temperature 40℃ and mobile phase MeOH-5%AxOH(75:25).The content of chrysophanol was detected. Results: The linear relationship was fine (γ=0.9997) in (0.08~3.20)μg. The recovery rate of free chrysophanol was 97.45%,RSD2.21%;of total chrysophanol was102.14%,RSD1.85%.Conclusion: This method is specific and can be used to detect the content of chrysophanol. |
