| Abstract

| [Objective] To study the mechanism of External Herhal Medicinal Ⅱ on experimental rats with vaginitis and ceoicitis.[Methods] All rats were divided into model group,treatment group and control group.The pathological examination,immune adhesion of erythrocyte,T lymphocyte activated rate and phagocytic function was detected.[Result] There was large amount of inflammatory cells under cervical mucous memhrane with cervical ulcer in model group.There were no pathological changes in the control group and treatment group.The immune adhesion of erythrocyte and phagocytic power in model group were inferior to that in control group and treatment group.But there were no dillerence hetween control group and treatment.[Conclusion] External Herhal Medicinal Ⅱ can improve the pathological change hy enhancing the immune adherent function of erythrocyte and phagocytic power. |
