| [Objective] To study the influence of extract fiom Yingyanghguo on Ca2+ inward-flow of thoracic aoria in ratis. [Methods] The technique of 45Ca transmembrane was used to research the influence of several kinds of Chinese herbs on Ca2+ inward-flow of thoracic aorta in rats especial on the antagonism of calcium. [Result] The antagonism of extract from Yingyanghuo was the hest One ingredient in Yinyanghuo extract by alcohol showed the antagonism by chmmatog-raphy. [Conclusion] The antagonism of extract fiom Yingyanghuo was the best. |
