| Abstract

| [Objective] To detect the content of Gengensu in Yufeng Ningxin Dripping Pill by HPLC. [Methods] The chromato-graphic column was CLC-ODS (2SOmm×4.6mm, 10μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (25:75). The detective wave was 250nm. [Result] The average recovery rate was 99.14% and the RSD was 1.94%. [Conclusion] This technique is accurate,rapid and handy. |
