| Abstract

| [Objective] To investigate the relationship between recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)and cytomegalovirus (CMV)infection.[Methods] CMV-DNA in urine of 212 women with RSA and 2 602 women in early stage gestation without history of miscarriage was detected by with PCR (polymerase chain reaction).[Result] positive rate of CMV-DNA was 1.89% in RAS group and 0.46% in control group with a significant difference(x2=7.05, P<0.05).[Conclusion] RAS has correlation with CMV. |
