| Discussing pharmacokinetics in traditional Chinese medicine complex prescription which effective content was exaet was taken an example.The method of dealing with the key prohlems during experimental research on pharmacokinetics in traditional Chinese medicine complex prescription was discussed from five aspects:choosing determination norms,choosing animal models,making dosage regimens,establishing and evaluating determination methods,determining atrioventricular models and calculating parameters. |
