| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the effect on hemiplegia treated with acupuncture method of reducing yin and nourishing yang.[Methods] Treatment group was given reducing yin and nourishing yang method, (Acupoints: Jianyu, Quchi，Shousanli, Waiguan, Baxie etc);control group was given routine acupuncture method, (Acpoints: Jianyu, Quchi, Shousanli, Waiguan, Hegu).[Result] Obvious improvement were observed of motor functional recover condition and Fugl-Meyer functional evaluation of hand after treatment of both groups，and treatment group was obviously better than control group.[Conclusion] The acupuncture method of reducing yin and nourishing yang has significant effect on treatment for hemiplegia and was better than routine method. |
