| What we called "storing water and transporting water" for kidney is closely related with essence and hody fluid kept inside kidney."Storing water" mainly meant kidney essence and stored inside kidney called "Constitution of Kidney".Its implying of moving water outside of kidney essence called"The root of Zang-Fu orsans"."Transporting water" indicated transportation and excretion of water involved also in "storing".Moistening and nourishing Zang-Fu organs will he occurred whenever the "water" concentrated in the viscera."Storing water" as constitution and "transporting water" as function can be manifested in different physiological and pathogenic aspects,that is the reason why kidney essence and body fluid 15 considered as "water" by ancient doctors. |
