| [Objective] To establish the thin-layer scanning method for content mensuration in "Zhike-qingre" mixture,and detect the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in five group samples.[Methods] The content of ephedrine hydrochloride was detected by double wavelength thin-layer scanning method. [Result] Good linear correlation in 0.83-4.98μg of ephedrine hydrochloride was observed,and the average recovew rate was 99.4%,with RSD 2.14%.[Conclusion] This rnethod is simple,has good reproducibility,and can be used as a method for quality control. |
