Abstract
|
[Objective] The present study was designed to investigate the protective mechanism of Salvoid acid B against acute myocardial injury induced by ischemia/reperfusion in rats.[Methods] Experimental animals were randomized to 5 groups, receiving sham operation, model preparation,Captopril,FufangDanshen Pian (Tablet of complex prescription of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae),and Salviol acid B respectively.[Results] Salviol acid B Could decrease the plasma level of AF-1,ET,TXA2 TNF and Ca2+ and increase PGI2 and SOD in rats. Its action was markedly superior to that in FufangDanshen Pian and model group. (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Salviol acid B possesses better protective effect for myocardial cell during ischemia/reperfusion. |
