| [Objective] To discuss the mechanism of Yiqi Yangyin and Huoxue Huayu (tonifying Qi,nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation) in treating apoptosis revealed in minimal residlual leukemia in rate.[Methods] Minimal residual leukemia in rats rats was inclucecl and the rate of the apoptosis and the circuit of spleenic cells was detected by FCS.[Result] The apoptosis ratio in therapy group was higher than that in model group than therapy group.[Conclusion] the mechanism of Yiqi Yangyin and Huoxue Huayu can treat leukemia by inducing apoptosis. |
