| Abstract

| [Objective] Acute fatty liver with hyperlipidemia animal model in mice was produced. To observe the effect of Chinese herbs Zhi Gan Qing on the animal model. [Methods] Acute fatty liver mice model was produced by injecting Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate injection in the animals'abdomen and feeding mice high fat diet at one time. Then the models were prevented with high dosage,medium dosage and low dosage of Zhi Gan Qing Chinese herbs respectively contrasting with traditional Chinese medicine Zhi Bi Tuo and Western medicine Simvastatin tablets. The index of blood sugar,blood serum grease,liver grease,liver pathology was observed and compared between each group.[Results] The method was adapted to produce acute fatty liver with hyperlipidemia animal mice. Zhi Gan Qing Chinese drugs lowered index of acute liver fatty in mice,triglyceride and total cholesterin in blood and liver,improved pathologic changer in live.[Conclusion] Here we afford a method of producing acute fatty liver with hyperlipidlemia animal model in mice. Zhi Gan Qing Chinese herbs might be applied to prevent fatty liver. |
