| Abstract

| [Objective] To evaluate the pharmacodynamic of Yiyiren Decoction.[Methods] By using model of turning of trunk,the pain releasing effect of Yiyiren Decoction was evaluated.The experiments about anti-inflammation action of Yiyiren Decoction.[Results] Our animal experiment periment showed that this kind of decotion had obvious inhibitory actions on swelling of auricular concha of mice induce with dimethylbenzene,granuloma formed by implanting cotton pelletsa in rats,arthritis of rat induced with egg white and permeability of capillary of rat treated with histamine and Evans blue.Besides,it also had a remarkable inhibition on both torsion response of mice induced with acetic and pain threshold reaction in mice by hot plate.[Conlusion] Yiyiren Decoction could release the pain,suppress the inflammation. |
