Abstract

Influenced by the ideas of the authors in different generations the doctors usually classified yangming disease into meniclian synclnome and fu-synclnome on pyretic synclnome and sthenic synclrome. Actually, ZHANG Zhong jing has never mentioned the two words: meridian and fu or pyretic synclrome and sthenic syndrome. That is an elucidation made by the scholars in succeeding generations for the convenient conclusion indeed. For this kind of classification, although there are cliffenences in the viewpoints and recognition, the scholars have still accepted it. The author thinks that the general characteristic of yangming disease is gasttlc sthenia, the principal syndrome of which is constipation or without stool. When dry heat going into blood, there are dry heat causing nosebleed, yangming accumulating blood, heat attacking the room of blood, blood stasis in intestine, stool with pus and bloocl. To clarify the pathogenesis characteristic and classification of the syndrome of yangming disease is very important for us to unclerstancl the system of treatment ivth syndrome differentiation of treatise on febrile Disease and guide clinic correctly. |
