Abstract

[Objective] To discuss on anti-haemolysis and anti-oxidization effect of Perilla Extracts on trssue cells.[Methods] To research on the inhibition effect on the Perilla Extracts to hemolytic reaction indued by H2O2 and lipid peroxidation (LPO) formation in liver homogenate of mice by providing medicine in vitro.[Results] The Perilla Extracts had and advantage than antiscorbic acid in the anti-haemolysis and anti-oxidization effect.[Conelusion]The Perilla Extracts had anti-oxidization and protective effect on the tissue and cells. |
