| [Objective] To instrtute the quality criteria on arthrolithiasis odynolysis plastics and make a better quality controllability.[Methods] The rhubarb was control article in the experiment.The developing agent was upper stratum solution of which comprised of benzeneacetidin-formic acid-methanol-water.To made an identify by thin layer chromatography (TLC) method and carry out routine analysis according to related regulation.[Results] The colour spectrum of arthrolithiasis odynolysis plastics showed up identical colour speckle in correspondling position with colour spectrum of control article.The negative control solution was non-interference and all the examination fitted with correlated regulation.[Conclusion] The method was simple,reasonable and owned a good reproducibility.The method may become the quality criteria of arthrolithiasis odynolysis plastics. |
