| [Objective] To research and manufacture the XieQing pill and treat the acute and hot of inflantile convulsion and epilepsy in children.[Methods] To identify the natural indigo and rhubarb from the preparation by thin layer chromatography (TLC) method.[Results] The natural indigo and rhubarb can be determined in the thin layerchromatography.[Conclusion] The XieQing pill owned simple technology,reasonable design,convenient quality control method and good stability.The XieQing pill was and effective preparation that may cure the acute and hot of inflantile convulsion and epilepsy in children. |
