| [Objective] To institute the quality crteria on the ginseng and astragalus composition.[Methods] The astragalus onych-glycoside and red ginseng was control article.The developing agent were chloroform-methanol-water (65:35:10) and chloroform-second grease of ethanoic acid-mthanol-water (15:40:22:10).To carry out lamellar analysis on astragalus and red ginseng by thin layer chromatography (TLC) method.[Results] The colour spectrum of astragalus and red ginseng showed up identical colour speckle in correspondling position with colour spectrum of control article.The negative control solution was non-interference.[Conclusion] The method was simple and owned a good reproducibility.The method may control the quality of the ginseng and astragalus composition.To provide a better method for indentifying the astragalus and red ginseng content of Chinese drugs preparation. |
