| [Objective] To dynamic observe the Qingying Jiebiao composition effect interfering mice infected by influenza virus. [Methods] To set up the viral pneumonia model mouse infected in nose by influenza virus A/PR/8/H1N1. The mice were randomly divided into each group. To observe the pathological changes extent of mice lung tissue and take a photograph by light microscope. To compute the mice lung index and compare the change tendency of lung index on same time of different groups and different times of same group. [Results] The middle dosage group of Qingying Jiebiao composition had similarly cfinical effect than that of Ying qiao Jiedu granules group. The lung index of Qingying Jiebiao composition high dosage group had recovered in the fifth day of virus infected. [Conclusion] The high dosage group of Qingying Jiebiao composition had superiorly curative effect than the middle dosage of Qingying Jiebiao composition and Ying qiao Jiedu granules. |
