Abstract
|
[Objective] To establish the finger printing of stir-baked semen strychni in sand. [Methods] To establish the finger printing of stir-baked semen strychni in sand by using the (hromatographic analysis methods. The chromato finger printing condition:chromatographic column was Kromasi1C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase was acetonitrile and water and process the two dimension gradient elution (acetonitrile 5%/0 min~10%/20 min;10%/20 min~12%/60 min); column temperature was 25℃;flow rate was 1.0ml/min; analysis wavelength was 260 nm. [Results] The ten groups of stir-baked semen strychni in sand had nine common peak and better reproduction quality of relative retention time. The RSD was little than 0.36%. The methodology had a better stablity,reproducibility and degree of precision. [Conclusion] To brief establish the alkaloid drug action locus finger printing analysis method of stir-baked semen strychni in sand. |
