| [Objective] To investigate the effect of inhibiting angiogenesis by Fufangkushen Injection.[Methods] The experimental treatment in mice tumor model observe inhibiting angiogenesis in mice S180 sarcoma by Fufangkushen Injection by immunohistochemistry.[Results] Mice were intraperitoneally injected with Fufangkushen Injection of 0.3,0.6 g/kg.After 8 days,tumor weights diminish 25%,36% compared with the control group.The vascular density of S180 sarcoma diminish 32%,40% compared with the control group.[Conclusion] Fufangkushen Injection have inhibitory effect on S180 sarcoma and strong inhibitory effects on angiogenesis. |
