Abstract
[Objective] To investigate two methods to establish hyperlipidemia model and compare them which is better.[Methods] The ducks kf model I group were fed with high-dose high glucose diet (96.7% corn, edible blend oil 1.9%,salt 1.4%,avian vitamin 0.1g/(kg·d),28 days. The ducks of modelⅡgroup were fed with low-dose high glucose diet 50 g/(kg·d),49 days. The index of body weight, blood sugar, serum grease was observed.[Results] The blood sugar, serum cholesterol and serum triglyceride of the two model groups were higher than that of before experment.[Conclusion] Two methods can replicate the hyperlipidemia model successfully, but the modelⅠis better than the modelⅡ.
