| [Objective] To optimize the extraction condition of periplocin in Xiangjiapi.[Methods] The orthogonal experiment of four-factor and three-level was used.[Results] The best extraction conditions were established as 60% ethanol,2 hour,6-fold,3 times.[Conclusion] Periplocin in Xiangjiapi can be extracted completely by the decided extraction conditions |
