| Abstract

| The constitution was the sum of some life basic elements, such as the morphology and construction, functional activity, essence and blood and body fluid etc.taking five ZANG as the center organs. It was composed of congenital disposition and acquired development. The emotion meant the changer of seven emotions including happiness, anger, melancholy, anxiety, sorrow, fear and startle and was the mental state of the body. The author explained the relationship of constitution and emotion from the classification, morbidity, pathogenesis, precaution and life-cultivation. It was suggested that we must pay attention to the effect of constitution on emotion and vice versa. The consideration must be given to both constitution and emotion simultaneously. |
