Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the changer of anticoagulation system in patients with pulmonary thromboembolism(PTE) and evaluate its diagnostic value. [Methods] Thirty-five acute PTE and thirty healthy persons(control) were selected and the activity of antithrombin Ⅲ (AT-Ⅲ),protein C (PC) and protein S (PS) was measured respectively. [Result] The activity of AT-Ⅲ,protein C and protein S in patients with PTE was significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The comparison of these indexes between PTE group and PTE plus deep venous thrombosis (DVT) group hadn't statistical difference and smoking had less influence. [Conclusion] The anticoagulant activity decreuses in patients with PTE and some patients may have the anticoagulant system deficiency. What is more, these figures play an important role in the diagnosis of PTE. |
