Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the clink effect of mini-invasive treatment of integrated Tranditional and Western Medicine for Acute Biliary Pan creatitis (ABP). [Methods] 136 patients with ABP emergent endoscopic procedures were retrospectivelv analyzed from January 2004 to December 2005. All of them were underwent the examination and treatment of duodenoscopy at first within 2472 h of hospitalization,then were taken Chinese medicine "Qing Yi Tang"; LC were carried out in the causes with Cholelithiasis,to observe the different of the lever amylase、 TBIL,ALT,ALP. [Results] 131 causes were successfully healed by Duodenoscopy among 136, the success rate is 96.3%,ERCP and ENBD were performed in all causes including EST and stone extraction for 104 causes. There were no severe complications nor mortality; 113 causes with Cholelithiasis were carried out by LC. As compared with before of the treatment, the levels of amylase and TBIL,ALT,ALP were decreased much significantly. [Conclusion] This scheme utilizes the advantages of techniques of digestive endoscopies and Chinese herbal medicines is a safe,mini-invasive and highly effective method in treating acute biliary pancreatitis. |
