[Objective] To observe the protective effects of traditional Chinese herbs combined with bile vessel decompression on lung damage rats with acute cholangitis infection. [Methods] To establish acute cholangitis infection model rats and intragastric administrate to traditional Chinese herbs decoction. To determine lung capillary permeability, phospholipase A2, blood gas analysis and serum ferritin content. [Results] The damage rats with acute cholangitis infection showed that lung capillary permeability, phospholipase A2, serum ferritin and PaCO2 increased, PaO2 decreased. After treatment lung capillary permeability, phospholipase A2, serum ferritin and PaCO2 remarkable decreased, PaO2 remarkable increased. [Conclusion] Treatment with traditional Chinese herbs combined with bile vessel decompression may protec[the lung function of rats with aoute cholangitis irrfeotion. |
