Abstract
|
[Objective] To establish a HPLC method for determination of trans-nerolidol in the Inclusion Complex of the volatile oil from Lignum dalbergiae odoriferae with Hydrox-ypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin. [Methods] The HPLC separation was performed on a Diamonsil C,A column (250×4.6 mm, 5 μ) with(olumn temperature at 30℃,a mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (85:15) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the UV detector wavelength was 210 nm. [Result] The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0.1×10-5~0.6×10-3 μL (r=0.999 9). The mean recovery rate was 102.62% and the RSD was 1.314% (n=9). [Conclusion] This method was simple, rapid, accurate,reproducible and can be used for the quality control of the Inclusion Complex of the volatile oil from Lignum dalbergiae odoriferae with Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin. |
