Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore effect of homogenous and heterologous transplantation of hone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) on rats with acute myocardial infarction. [Methods] BMSCs were separated with asepsis from female Wistar rats of clean grade. The myocardial infarction was induced in 50 homogenous male rats by ligating the left anterior descendling coronary artery. 36 rats with myocardial infarction were randomly divided into model group, control group, TCM-trenting group and cellular transplanting group. Isovolumic NS was injected into the parain-farcted area in control group and the BMSCs cell suspension injected at 4 points of parainfarcted area in transplantation group. The heart was isolated four weeks later for pathological examination and determination of the area of myocardial infarction. [Results] The myocardial infarction area in cellular transplant group was less than that of control group (P<0.01). [Conclusion] The transplantation of BMSCs may decrease the infarcted size in rats with acute myocardial infarction. |
