| Traditional medicines apply a holistic approach in the treatment of diseases. Traditional Chinese medicines with systems biology are perfect holistic match. Application of systerns biological method to recognize the pharmacological action, mechanism of action, safety and recipe principle will be importance for modern research and development of traditional Chinese medicines. Metabonomics is rapidly developing, therefore, it will be a key technology in systems biology approach. It will be a useful tool for study of traditional Chinese medicines. In this paper, it is introduced to systems biology and idea about application of metabonomics technology for modern research and development of traditional Chinese medicines. |
