| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Complex Sophorae Injection combining with chemotherapy on treating primary hepatic carcinoma.[Methods] The middle and advanced stage of liver cancer patients were randomly divided into treatrnent group and control group. To observe clinical effect on the near future, living quality(cassette score and clinical symptoms improvement score) and toxin-side effect change.[Results] The leucocyte depression rate and gastrointestinal tract reaction rate decreased on treatment group;the effective rate on the near future and cassette score increase on treatrnent group. Compared to control group, there was obviously differentiation on clinical effect.[Conclusion] The Complex Sophorae Injection may resist tumor, increase living quality and relieve toxin-side effect. |
