Abstract
    [Objection] To discuss Liu Shen pill reversing the multidrug resistance effect and coorrelation mechanism of leukemia cell.[Methods] The patients with acute leucemia were divided treatment group and control group randomly. Two groups were treated with conventional chemotherapy. The treatment group was treated with Liu Shen pill also. To observe for a month. Taking the patient's marrowbefore and after treatment, imbibing the mononuclearcell, P170 was measured quantitatively using immumofluorescence method, then albumin cell percentage of P170 was calculatedZ the genes of Topo Ⅱ αand Topo Ⅱ β were examined fromthe mRNAlevel usingreverse transcription-polymerase chain method (RTPCR).[Results] P170 protein expression was decreased in the treatment group and upgraded in the control group before and after treatment, but noremarkable difference (P>0.01) Z the masculine expression number, the masculine expression rate and expression index of P170 in the treatment group were obviously lower than that of in the control group after treatment, there had significance difference (P<0.01) between two groups. Topo Ⅱ beta was upgraded in the treatment group and decreased in the control group before and after treatment, but noremarkable difference (P>0.01)Z Topo Ⅱ beta in the treatment group were obviously higher than that of in the control group after treatment, there had significance difference (P<0.01) between two groups. Topo Ⅱ alpha had no obvious difference in the interiorgroup and intergroup.[Conclusion] Liu Shen pill may reversie the multidrug resistance effect of leukemia cell through reducingthe expression of P170 and enhancingthe expression of Topo Ⅱ beta.
