| [Objection] To observe the curative effect and security of Xiandan glucose injection in treating angina pectoris of coronary artery disease.[Methods] Two hundred and forty patients with Angina pectoris of coronary artery disease (cariac blood stasis syndrome) were divided into treatment group (treating with Xiandan glucose injection) and control group (treating with Xiandan injection), treatment course was 2 weeks, experiment was carried on simultaneously in 5 centers, to observe contrast curative effect.[Results] The excellence ratio of the synthetic curative effect treating angina pectoris was 35.1% in treatment group and 25.7% in the control group. The angina pectoris duration reduced, the pain degree lighten, the outbreak number of times on angina pectoris reduced obviously in the treatment group (P<0.05) X The syndrome of TCM was improved obviously, the dosage of glycerol trinitrate was reducted. The treatment group had no the obvious poisonous side effect.[Conclusion] Xiandan glucose injection in treating angina pectoris of coronary artery disease (cariac blood stasis syndrome) was proved safe and effective. |
